Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Lektor (lektor.app), operated by Tiago Moita, Porto, Portugal. By creating an account or using Lektor, you agree to them. Questions: lektor.app@gmail.com.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information and do not share invite codes publicly.

Content

All content and materials on Lektor belong to us or to the rights holders who license them to us. You may use them for your personal learning only. You may not copy, redistribute or resell them.

Some content is marked as suitable for adults (18+) and is hidden by default. Only account holders with paid access can choose to show it in their settings, and by doing so you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Payments

Paid access is processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable VAT. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content; by starting to use paid content immediately after purchase, you agree that this right ends once access begins.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Lektor: for example, do not attempt to access other people's accounts or data, disrupt the service, or scrape content. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Availability and changes

Lektor is in an early stage. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we will update these terms when needed, changing the date above.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
